Multiply

With iX

Strategic guidance for founders building high-growth businesses.

We invest time, capital, and operating experience to help founders multiply their impact, decision-making speed, and long-term value.

Built on proven leadership principles, real operating experience, and accountability to results.

HOW WE WORK

iX Investment partners with founders who are building ambitious businesses and want an experienced operator in their corner.

We don’t overpromise, posture, or play investor theater. We show up, ask hard questions, and help turn clarity into action.

Our approach is grounded in
four operating principles.

  • Making the right decision quickly matters more than making the perfect decision slowly. Having someone who has already navigated scale, risk, and failure can save months or years of wasted effort.

We help founders cut through noise, commit with confidence, and regain time.

  • Complex problems don’t get solved by pointing fingers. Whether it’s customer friction, operational breakdowns, or stalled growth, progress starts with clarity and ownership.

We focus teams on solutions, alignment, and forward momentum.

  • No founder has the time or visibility to analyze everything alone. The most valuable insights come from people: employees, customers, partners, and investors.

We believe transparent communication accelerates trust, decision-making, and long-term value creation.

  • Almost done isn’t done. Momentum is built by finishing what matters and holding ourselves, and others, accountable.

We help founders turn strategy into execution and execution into lasting results.

We look for businesses where we can be meaningfully involved, applying these principles through advisory support, investment, or both.

Selected Engagements

We maintain a focused portfolio to ensure depth of involvement. Each engagement reflects our belief in the founder, the market opportunity, and the ability to create long-term value.
